Ich würde versuchen die Trennung auf einer C18 Säule zu machen. Die Probenvorbereitung mittels SPE wird da sicherlich helfen. Die Firma Varian hat eine ziemlich umfangreiche Sammlung von SPE Methoden, die online und kostenfrei zugänglich ist.
