Fink Chem + Tec aquires K-engineering

With effect from 01.01.2015 the company K-engineering has been integrated into Fink Chem + Tec GmbH & Co. KG. Mr. Wolfgang Illgen, former owner of K-Engineering was added from that date as shareholder in the Fink Chem + Tec GmbH & Co. KG and represents it continuously with all his know-how in the field of pump and mixing technology.

The Fink Chem + Tec GmbH & Co. KG expanded with this acquisition, their previous program of metering pumps in a decisive way to the area of feed pumps, reaction mixing pumps, mixing technology and gas circulation pumps. And also the continuity is ensured, by particular the know-how of Mr Wolfgang Illgen, in the manufacture, repair and service of the K-Engineering pumps. The production facility in Papenburg remains exist for the production of the entire program of the K-engineering pumps. All previous members of the K-engineering are applied. Mr. Wolfgang Illgen and Martina Illgen are still available for all technical issues in service and customer support under their current contact. For customers, these changes are almost nothing. For the Fink Chem + Tec GmbH & Co. KG is the integration of the product range of K-engineering a significant step for further growth, continuity and expansion of the special product program on the subject of dosing, pumping and mixing in demanding chemical applications.
