Scientist as Client and Proposal Manager (m/f/d)

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree with good results in the fields of pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or technical degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  
• Experience in structural and physicochemical characterization of biotherapeutics as well as drug development understanding

Your Tasks:

• In your role as a Client and Proposal Manager you will report to the Director of Client Services and you will be responsible for the projection of complex, analytical requests within drug development programs, by defining the target, the analytical strategy as well as by preparation of the cost framework.
  
• You will elaborate the study concepts regarding comprehensive structural and physicochemical characterization of biotherapeutics based on customer requests and compile the required expert knowledge from the corresponding internal departments. For this purpose, you will be in close interaction with the customer as well as different internal departments, such as Business Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management and Operations.
  
• You will be responsible for the calculation and writing of the corresponding quotations:
  • Preparation of the quotation (calculation and offer)
    
  • Presentation of the concept to the customer
    
  • Handover to our internal project management department.
• Monitoring of ongoing projects and identifying the need for changes or additions to the project will also be in your scope of responsibility.
  
• In your role as a Client and Proposal Manager you will also be directly involved in the maintenance and further development of required tools (e.g. calculation tools, document templates, proposal generation tools).
