Junior Manager customer support (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Recording and maintenance of contact and delivery address data as well as communication and actions in the CRM database
  
• Independent processing of customer inquiries
  
• Support in maintaining the knowledge database for first / second level support (Q&As)
  
• Assist with documentation, tracking, notifications as part of CAPA and PMS processes

Your Profile:

• Degree as chemical-technical assistent or Bachelor / Master (Biology, chemistry, nutrition, etc.)
  
• History of chromatography/HPLC-skills
  
• Structured, customer-oriented communication skills
  
• Language skills English (B2), German (B1)
